Bu y my advance package bu after a month you así me again to suscribe and pay I have to reinstall the app again? Or where it becomes active

    Not sure what your experiencing exactly without more information but all subscriptions and app sales are handled by Apple and we do not have control over this process.

    I would confirm your logged in to your iTunes account properly and see if your double billed if it takes you through the purchase process again. You can do this by checking your Apple iTunes receipts.

    This is obviously a unique experience as we do not hear about this too often so I’m leaning towards it being an issue with your device, account or purchase.
