Pro pack on two devices

Hello, hoping to get some help on a question with the Pro Pack subscription. We have two ipads on the same account, and when we bought Leadnav on one the purchase came over fine to both, but when we upgraded one to Pro, the other one won't allow us to upgrade, it says that we already have it, but doesn't have the features. Is there a way to turn the features on for the second iPad?

    Did you try using the Restore button in the In-App purchases view under Settings in LeadNav?

    If that doesn't work the simplest way to get it enabled is to delete the app and download it from the App Store again.
